By opting into SMS text messaging from Mobility Immigration LLC (via a web form, client intake document, or other medium), you agree to receive text messages from us. Please read these SMS Terms & Conditions carefully.

1. Types of Messages You Will Receive

Mobility Immigration sends text messages to assist you with your immigration services. You can expect to receive:

  • Appointment reminders and schedule updates.

  • Document requests and client intake notifications.

  • Status updates regarding your ongoing immigration cases.

  • Direct communication and customer care from our support team.

2. Frequency of Messages

Message frequency may vary depending on your active interaction with our team and the progress of your immigration case.

3. Costs and Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your text messaging plan. Mobility Immigration does not charge you to receive text messages, but standard carrier rates for sending and receiving text messages still apply.

4. How to Opt-Out (Stop Messages)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or contact our office.
