WILLIAM ROYAL GEARHART
Attorney │ Owner
William Royal Gearhart founded Mobility Immigration to fill the need for high-quality and affordable immigration legal services for businesses, families and individuals in Florida and throughout the U.S. His practice focuses on assisting investors, employers, and employees with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, labor certifications, and I-9 compliance issues. William also assists individuals in obtaining nonimmigrant status, asylum, waivers, permanent legal residency, citizenship, and filing petitions for family members such as spouses, children, and parents.

William obtained his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Prior to starting Mobility Immigration, William spent years at a big firm growing and managing one of the largest immigration practices in Southwest Indiana, representing corporate clients, universities, and individuals in employment-based and family-based immigration petitions, and advising employers on I-9 compliance and immigration related employment issues. William has also worked at a boutique immigration law firm where his practice focused on complex business immigration petitions, including EB-1 petitions for individuals with extraordinary abilities, EB-2 national interest waiver petitions, and H-1B and L petitions. He has dedicated hundreds of pro bono hours to representing dozens of individuals and families who fled their homes fearing for their lives seeking asylum in the United States. William is passionate about giving back to his community, and has served on numerous boards for nonprofit and municipal organizations. He has also dedicated time assisting the Consulate of Mexico in Miami providing free immigration advice to its constituents.
