The new administration of President Trump has wasted no time in pursuing its goal of substantially increasing the detention and deportation of immigrants, creating fear among both documented and undocumented immigrants. Mobility Immigration is sharing a guide to help individuals and families, regardless of their immigration status, create an emergency plan and be prepared in case they have an encounter with ICE or face deportation. Although we hope you never have to use this plan, it is a good practice to reduce the stress of the unexpected.

This guide can be downloaded free of charge through the following link and provides guidance on how you and your family can prepare to reduce the risk of being detained by ICE and to mitigate the impact of deportation on your family. We are also providing below a “red card” that explains your rights in the event of an encounter with law enforcement or ICE agents.
