Founding Attorney & Owner
William Royal Gearhart founded Mobility Immigration to fill the need for high-quality, affordable immigration legal services for businesses, families and individuals in Florida and throughout the United States. His practice focuses on assisting investors, employers and employees with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, labor certifications and I-9 compliance.
He also assists individuals in obtaining nonimmigrant status, waivers, permanent legal residency and citizenship, and in filing petitions for family members such as spouses, children and parents.
Before founding Mobility Immigration, William spent years at a large firm growing and managing one of the largest immigration practices in Southwest Indiana, representing corporate clients, universities and individuals in employment-based and family-based petitions, and advising employers on I-9 compliance and immigration-related employment matters. He has also practiced at a boutique immigration firm, where his work centered on complex business immigration petitions, including EB-1 extraordinary ability petitions, EB-2 national interest waivers, and H-1B and L petitions.
William is passionate about giving back to his community and has served on numerous boards for nonprofit and municipal organizations. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and exploring the outdoors.
